Pearsons Consulting Ltd undertook its own agile transformation long before we began offering consulting and coaching servies.
Our journey towards forming our Agile Advisory began in 2007, following an iterative, evolutionary approach. We experimented with structural, processual, methodological, and technical components, while learning what works and what doesn’t. In repeating inspect-and-adapt cycles we built our operating model incrementally, to create what is now the fully customized integration of everything that proved to generate value.

The Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology is an agile methodology for strategy execution that increases alignment, transparency, and focus. Pearsons Consulting Ltd deploys OKR extensively across our consultancy and coaching activities.
OKR represents a more iterative approach to goal-setting. It’s more collaborative too, as goals are established from both top-down and bottom-up at the same time.
